The most important thing is returning to friendships and family. We moved a lot, and never lived near family. We always had to make new friends.

Coming back South has brought back many memories of the culture you don't see in the North. People are extremely polite and helpful here.

The quality of work is twice as good. The baseboards remind me of the old baseboards my mother had. In general, the lifestyle here is just much better.

We are from the South, but that goes back 39 years ago. A number of things made us move -- wanting to be near friends again and the cost of living. You get much more for your money here.
